UltraSonic Welding of Splices

Sonic welding allows wires to be spliced for multiple functions. The sonic weld is the strongest splice application in the wire industry. There is no continuity loss or interruption of electrical flow using sonic splicing.

Our Sonobond Splice Machine has several functional options. We can weld copper wires & tin-plated wires, as well as plastic, by simply changing the weld heads.
